5+ years sales experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience to Sub-Saharan Sales environment

Position Overview
Drive and grow market share (including exports and sales) of products by brand and SKU & related services to existing customer base to ensure optimal level of satisfaction is achieved and hunting for new customers and opportunities.

• Develop and implement an action plan to meet strategic goals / export strategy.
• Conduct bi-weekly SBO meeting with Export Manager on status of new business.
• Identify and target new business and prepare business bases.
• Introduce new marketing and promotion ideas and ensure alignment with company marketing strategy.
• Monitor buying patterns of customers to assist with forecasting stock requirements.
• Liaise with warehouse on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal availability of stock to resolve any outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with and ensure that debtors are within their agreed terms and assist with resolving customer queries.
• Ensure all relevant permits are valid and renewal requests are actioned.
• Canvass and open new customer accounts based on viability as future customers.
• Monitor and measure performance of internal and external service providers.
• Contribute to budget preparation processes.
• Monitor expenditure against budget and ensure spending occurs within budgetary limits.

Salary Bracket
R50 000 to R65 000 per month CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
