About the position

Are you ready to take the reins of premium wine and lifestyle brands on a global stage? We are seeking an ambitious Export Manager to drive international sales growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand market presence for Oxidental Trading’s prestigious portfolio.


Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as the key liaison between global distributors, brand marketing teams, and operational stakeholders, ensuring every international interaction reflects the premium quality and heritage of the brands.


What You’ll Do:


  • Drive export sales initiatives and deliver profitable growth across multiple international markets.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key distributors to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews to identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the brands at international trade fairs, tastings, and industry events, elevating global brand equity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to ensure seamless commercial execution.
  • Host international visitors and ensure every experience reflects the premium positioning of the portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and operational oversight across all export markets.


RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA is a plus).
  • 5–8 years’ experience in export sales, key account management, or business development within wine or premium FMCG.
  • Proven track record managing distributors in multiple markets, with a strong focus on the US.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional relationship management and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Business Central, ZOHO).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
