Company based in Kloof KZN, is looking for a ERP/CRM Administrator & IT User Support Specialist to join their team.
As the ERP/CRM Administrator & IT User Support Specialist, you will manage and optimize our ERP/CRM system while providing technical support to end-users in our organization. You will play a critical role in optimizing ERP/CRM processes, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring seamless integration to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the platform to align with business objectives, including workflows, automation, and integrations with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service tools.
- Oversee data integrity and optimize the configuration, implementing data hygiene and user-level security settings to ensure accurate, secure records and compliance with POPIA.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation for functionality and best practices to ensure effective system adoption.
- Manage integrations between the ERP/CRM and other tools or platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
- Develop and document platform policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with POPIA and other relevant regulations.
- Troubleshoot end-user hardware (laptops, printers), software (OS, productivity tools), and basic network issues (connectivity, Wi-Fi).
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM administrator, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, Python, and PostgreSQL (Python and PostgreSQL strongly preferred for Odoo customization).
- Experience in delivering user training and creating technical documentation for ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of POPIA and experience implementing data privacy and security measures in ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).
- Odoo Functional or Technical certification (preferred).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (beneficial).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (beneficial).
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
