About the position

YumaPOS is a growing global Epos software company.

We are fast-paced, innovative, and challenging and our goal is to create the most customizable and intuitive hospitality EPOS solution available whilst offering high customer service. We serve customers mainly in the UK and USA.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on how to use the solution during training calls.
  • Provide over-the-phone support to clients as required.
  • Respond to support requests received via email or instant messaging.
  • Have a good understanding of Networks to assist customers with printer setups.
  • Work with internal teams on support escalations while managing customer expectations around resolution and timeframes.
  • Provide remote connection support to clients as required.
    *Preparing customer menus and back office setup for new customers.
  • Log all calls in CRM
  • Escalate calls to third-party providers as appropriate.
  • Participate in team meetings as required.
  • Operate in a rotating roster

About You

  • Ideally have previous experience in a customer service or IT support role.
  • Setting up Android and other mobile devices such as Chip & Pin terminals.
  • Have previously worked in hospitality, or supported hospitality businesses in the past.
  • Be a people person, love to chat, and love to help.
  • Have patience. This role requires a high level of patience to work at the user's pace.
  • Enjoy working as a part of a team and in a collaborative manner.
  • Need to be skilled at managing customer expectations.

Job Type: Full-time
* Monday to Sunday, the shift can be anytime from 9am until 11.59pm.
