You're a technically grounded and commercially aware leader who thrives in dynamic, project-driven settings. You'll head up the local engineering team, leading engineers, technicians, and draftsmen to deliver high-quality solar mounting system solutions. From overseeing structural and mechanical designs to approving engineering outputs, your focus will be on ensuring compliance, precision, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with local and global teams, contributing technical insight from planning through execution, and play a key role in elevating engineering standards in a fast-growing renewable energy business.

You'll hold a BEng or BSc in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with PrEng registration (or eligibility). With at least five years' engineering experience and proven leadership exposure, you're confident navigating structural and/or mechanical design. Experience in renewable energy is advantageous, but a solid grounding in engineering management and stakeholder collaboration is essential.
