About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our Data Processing team. Reporting to the Manager: Data Processing, you will be responsible for executing monthly production cycles and fulfilment processes for multiple clients, ensuring delivery within strict SLA timelines and according to client specifications.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience working in a project-driven or production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all production cycles meet internal and client SLA requirements
- Perform regular quality assurance (QA) checks to maintain high accuracy and output quality
- Provide timely updates, progress reports, and status communications to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and respond to queries related to production status
- Configure and optimise processing tools to meet client requirements
- Monitor automated processes and resolve issues related to document and statement processing
- Review work orders to determine job specifications and operational needs
- Collaborate with implementation teams on new client onboarding and projects
- Execute and document implementation and change requests within the CRM system
- Respond to Level 1 support cases and update internal tracking systems
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues in line with escalation protocols
Advantageous Skills & Experience
- Experience in document processing, print/mail, or digital delivery environments
- Exposure to the financial services industry
- Knowledge of client-server environments
- Experience working with XML data
- Advanced data handling skills (MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL Server)
- Familiarity with photo editing or document composition tools
