About the position
Description/Synopsis:
A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking driven and results-focused Dispensing Doctor Sales Representatives to promote and sell its pharmaceutical products to dispensing doctors, independent pharmacies, and corporate pharmacy groups. This is a key role in expanding market share and building long-term customer relationships. If you have strong sales skills, a passion for the healthcare industry, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals, this is your opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification
- Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (dispensing doctor sales experience advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare sales processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for business travel
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute a sales strategy targeting dispensing doctors and pharmacies
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to present and promote pharmaceutical products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing product orders and stock levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key decision-makers
- Provide training sessions and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to adapt sales plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing and prescription teams on product launches and promotional campaigns
