About the position
Our client in the labeling packaging industry is seeking a Despatch [URL Removed] wih the necessary skills.
Duties
? Ensure daily Delivery targets are met.
? Ensure that the finished product is correctly labeled and wrapped.
? Ensure the correct procedure for deliveries is adhered to:
The necessary quality checks have been done on selected consignments.
Issuing the correct documentation.
On time deliveries.
Ensure the POD's are correctly completed and distributed to the relevant personnel for processing.
Sufficiently interacting with the other Functional departments.
? Make sure delivery schedules are correctly sequenced according to the open to despatch report and TMS system.
? Daily inspections on delivery vehicles and forklifts - any deviations on condition of equipment to be reported and repairs to be scheduled.
? Ensure correct documentation is distributed by Drivers.
? Manage and coordinate consumables for daily consumption.
? To ensure product are correctly ''Bin Transfer'' in Warehouse.
? FDC stock to be monitored daily and discrepancies
