Digital Marketer & IT Technician - Rosebank

About the position

We are looking for a young, dynamic, multi-skilled Digital Marketer & IT Technician to manage our Digital Marketing campaigns and provide technical IT support in Rosebank.

This dual role is ideal for a tech-savvy, creative thinker with hands-on experience. Build brand awareness, engage with customers and generate new leads.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, manage the company's digital marketing strategies (Adverts, flyers, social media content, email marketing).
• Manage website content and analytics.
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain network systems.
• Assist with the implementation of IT and digital tools across the organisation.
• Identify and test new digital channels and tools.
• Brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth strategies.
• Optimising marketing campaigns, including email marketing.

Key skills:

• 2 - 3 years' experience in Digital Marketing & IT Support roles.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and WordPress systems.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting and security.
• Valid RSA driver's license.
