About the position

Sandhurst - An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Digital & Marketing Support professional to drive digital engagement and support marketing efforts within the financial services industry.
Our client is a well-established business in the financial services industry, known for its strong client relationships and professional service offerings. They offer a collaborative, high-performance environment with a focus on service excellence and brand integrity.

The successful candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. The role also provides marketing support across various channels and plays a key role in planning and executing professional client-facing events.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across social media platforms
• Develop and maintain a content calendar
• Execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and engage with online communities
• Track performance metrics and report on digital campaigns
• Collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee digital design and marketing materials
• Assist with internal and external communication templates
• Manage social media profiles and maintain online brand presence
• Maintain and refresh marketing collateral and document libraries
• Support the planning and coordination of high-end client events
• Source venues, manage budgets, and handle event logistics
• Execute event follow-ups and manage feedback processes
• Monitor social engagement and provide ongoing reporting

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services
• Relevant tertiary qualification or marketing-related courses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential) and SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, and event coordination

 
Remuneration
R23 000 - R25 000 monthly
