About the position

Are you a Diesel Mechanic with solid experience on trucks and vans, looking for a stable, long-term role abroad?
 
We are recruiting skilled diesel mechanics to join professional workshops in the Netherlands, working on major commercial vehicle brands in a well-equipped, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for mechanics who take pride in their workmanship and are comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit technical team.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems
  • Performing routine servicing and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
  • Ensuring vehicles meet safety and operational standards
  • Keeping accurate service and repair records

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical qualification
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic (preferred)
  • Strong diesel engine and vehicle systems knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English proficiency (German or Dutch an advantage, not essential)
  • Non-negotiable requirements:?? Afrikaans native speaker?? Fully qualified?? Under 28 years old?? Willing to relocate to the Netherlands?? Available for a 2-year contract (with potential to go permanent)
