About the position

Exciting Opportunity: Database Developer - Financial Crime & Database Intelligence
Location: Centurion | Hybrid Work Model
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Summary.
Our client, a national financial intelligence, compliance monitoring, and crime detection authority seeks to secure the services of a skilled Database Developer to design, develop, optimise and support robust database solutions within a highly regulated environment.

What You Will Be Doing.

  • SQL Server database development (views, functions, stored procedures)
  • ETL development and data integration
  • Power BI reporting & dashboards
  • Data quality, profiling & metadata management
  • Production support, root-cause analysis & optimisation

Minimum Requirements.

  • Degree in Computer Science or related
  • ±3 years' SQL Server database development experience
  • Strong Transact-SQL, XML, JSON, XSD
  • Power BI development experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2012+ & Windows Server 2012+
  • MCSA SQL certification (advantageous)
