Position: Data Capturer

Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Fixed-Term Contract)
Salary: R10,000 per month

Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Capturer to join our team on a 2-month contract in Centurion. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a data capturing or administrative role.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Capture, update, and maintain data accurately on company systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Review and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
• Generate reports as required by management.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all information handled.
• Assist with filing, document management, and general administrative tasks.
• Perform quality checks on captured data to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain missing or incomplete information.
• Meet daily and weekly data capture targets.
• Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
