About the position
Purpose:
We are looking for experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architects to lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across either Customer Engagement (CE). These roles are critical to the success of our implementations, ensuring solution quality, fit-for-purpose design, and seamless integration into the customer's enterprise landscape.
As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with clients, internal consultants, technical teams, and leadership across the pre-sales, delivery, and support lifecycle."
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end solution design and architecture for assigned D365 implementations within your specialization (CE).
Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solution architectures aligned with Microsoft standards.
Guide and mentor consultants on solution quality, functional design, configuration, and development best practices.
Work across pre-sales and delivery to ensure consistent solution alignment and delivery feasibility.
Review and sign off on key design decisions, extensions, and integrations.
Participate in proposal development, estimation, and customer workshops as a solution owner.
Ensure technical, functional, and security compliance of the proposed solution design.
Support transition to managed services, ensuring architecture is sustainable and support ready.
Keep current with Microsoft roadmap changes, product updates, and community trends."
Required Qualifications and Experience
8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, including at least 2 full lifecycle projects in a lead architect or solution owner role.
Specialisation in at least one of the following:
CE Architect: Strong expertise in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.
Solid understanding of Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
Experience working across pre-sales, implementation, and support lifecycle.
Microsoft certifications relevant to the chosen domain (e.g., MB-700, MB-600, PL-400) are highly desirable."
