?? About the Role
Our client in the payment industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead and deliver transformative ERP projects across their organization.
This role is central to ensuring that the D365 implementations align with business objectives, improve efficiency, and drive measurable results.
As the Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, delivery, and post-implementation support.

?? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for D365 implementations and upgrades.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage budget, risk, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
- Oversee system testing, user training, and change management activities.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
?? Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience managing ERP/CRM projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
?? Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Manager or Functional Consultant Associate.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience with cloud-based integrations (Azure, Power Platform).
- Background in finance, supply chain, or IT transformation projects.
