About the position

Responsibilities

• Capturing of Supplier invoices on system
• Create Supplier accounts on system
• Check and reconcile Supplier statements
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly payments due
• Prepare and forward remittance advice to suppliers
• Filling
• Completion of credit applications
• Sundry reconciliation
• Address Supplier queries

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Matric
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
• Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma/Degree) advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience
