We're looking for a confident professional to join a Well-Established, Fast-Paced Company operating in the Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution sector. With a strong footprint across the country and a customer base that includes both local and international clients, this Company is known for delivering high-quality engineered products and outstanding service.
This is a full-function Credit Controller position where you'll take ownership of the debtors' book from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing large volumes of accounts, handling reconciliations, processing journals, and using customer portals effectively.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Full function credit control for a high-volume debtor book
• Allocating and reconciling payments accurately
• Preparing and posting journals
• Managing and resolving customer queries timeously
• Daily follow-up on outstanding accounts and ensuring timely collections
• Conducting customer account reconciliations
• Liaising with customers via email and phone
• Uploading and tracking invoices on various customer portals
• Reporting on aged debtors and assisting with month-end processes
