This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Credit Analyst: Commercial Banking and Transformation to contribute to meaningful economic development while working within a dynamic and impact-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed credit and financial analysis for commercial and transformation clients.
  • Prepare high-quality credit submissions and recommend viable, risk-mitigated solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio, including annual reviews and loan re-advances.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and provide guidance on credit-related matters.
  • Support credit committee processes and reporting within the region.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-year tertiary qualification in Commerce (Accounting, Agricultural Economics, or Credit Management).
  • At least 3 years' experience in credit assessment.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and credit legislation (NCA, CPA, FICA).
  • Knowledge of agricultural finance and value chain funding structures.
