We’re hunting for a funky, fearless, and fabulous Expert Knowledge Curator & Interviewer to join our mission of turning human wisdom into pure gold! ?
 
What You’ll Be Rocking

  • Interview experts in 1:1 sessions, guiding thoughtful conversations to surface stories, lived experience, mental models, and insights
  • Ask smart follow-ups - digging beneath surface answers to uncover what really matters
  • Synthesize conversations into clear, structured formats (frameworks, principles, annotated transcripts, first-person narratives, etc.)
  • Write and edit compelling summaries, vignettes, and knowledge pieces in the voice of the expert
  • Collaborate with tagging and vectorisation teams to ensure information is structured for AI learning
  • Refine question sets and interview flows across different life domains and personas
  • Occasionally guide experts through “diary-style” self-submissions (written or voice) and help turn them into usable knowledge assets.
Requirements:


Experience:
5+ years in one or more of the following: journalism, non-fiction writing, UX research, qualitative research, ethnography, ghostwriting, strategic storytelling
Proven experience interviewing subject matter experts, executives, or individuals with rich lived experience
Experience synthesizing unstructured input into structured knowledge, stories, or systems
 
Skills & Qualities:
  • Deeply curious and empathetic communicator
  • Natural storyteller with a strong writing portfolio (published or ghostwritten)
  • Sharp synthesizer - can distill meaning from messiness
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and self-directed work
  • Bonus: Familiarity with knowledge management, tagging systems, or AI content workflows
