Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Chief Operating Officer, you will work closely with the executive team to translate corporate strategy into operational execution, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability across the board.
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction to all operational departments, including production, supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, and facilities management.
- Financial & Resource Management: Exercise strong financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze variances, optimize cost structures, and drive bottom-line profitability.
- Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing and operational excellence principles to eliminate waste, improve yields, and maximize capacity utilization.
- Compliance & Food Safety: Ensure all manufacturing facilities strictly adhere to local and international food safety standards, regulations, and quality protocols.
- Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing departmental managers and operational teams.
Job RequirementsTo be considered for this elite executive role, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations Management, with a significant portion spent in a formal Executive Management role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience within the food manufacturing/processing industry is absolutely essential.
- Financial Skills: Exceptionally strong financial acumen, with verified experience managing robust P&L statements, capital expenditure (CapEx), and operational budgets.
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly beneficial and will be viewed advantageously.
