Join a dynamic legal team within a state-owned agricultural finance institution supporting South Africa's farming communities.
We're looking for an Admitted Conveyancer & Attorney who is detail-driven, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced legal-financial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and vet loan, security, and notarial agreements
- Manage end-to-end conveyancing and registration processes
- Ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements
- Support due diligence and legal risk assessments
Your Profile:
- LLB + Admitted Conveyancer + Attorney
- 4-5 years' experience in conveyancing
- Experience with Deeds Office and legal documentation
- Background in a law firm or financial institution
- Strong understanding of NCA, CPA, Deeds Registries Act, etc.
- Able to work independently and manage stakeholders
