Lead high-impact construction projects across a global portfolio in a strategic Contracts Manager role.
You're a seasoned professional with strong commercial acumen and a proactive,solutions-driven mindset. You thrive in complex project environments, can work with minimal supervision, and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborative and detail-oriented, you bring structure, clarity, and continuous improvement to everything you do.
You'll take ownership of sourcing, procurement, and contract management across large-scale construction projects, supporting everything from planning through to delivery and close-out. This includes managing supplier onboarding, running RFP processes, coordinating stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple project phases. You'll monitor supplier performance, manage change orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract frameworks while driving efficiency and best practice across the supply chain.
You'll join a globally recognised organisation at the forefront of large-scale infrastructure and data centre development. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar, along with 10-15+ years' experience in procurement, contracts, or supply chain within the construction industry. You'll bring strong knowledge of international construction standards, proven experience supporting major projects, and ideally exposure to global clients or data centre environments.
