Introduction
EasyRoster is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide functional and technical support, conduct
training sessions and consultations to EasyRoster customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
Customer Training, Delivery & Adoption
• Analyse customer feedback after training sessions and track engagement rates and product usage statistics.
• Ensure the full utilisation of purchased products, as well as significantly improve the overall client experience with our software.
• Maintain a high level of collaboration with other teams to ensure a consistent, positive user experience across all touchpoints.
• Provide functional and technical support to existing customers.
Minimum Requirements
Education, desired skills and experience requirements
• Completed matric.
• Knowledge of EasyRoster would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Security industry would be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience of training people would be a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience of software application support would be a distinct advantage.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of professionalism.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Mature individual with high level of emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to excel under pressure in a very busy environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge on the Microsoft Windows environment.
• Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• The preferred candidate must have their own transport and be willing to travel, both locally and internationally, if required
