Dingley Marshall Inc is a niche law firm with a focus on commercial and ICT (technology) Law. We also have strong and established litigation, commercial property and conveyancing practices at the firm. All our services are listed on our website at: https://www.dingleymarshall.co.za/

The firm was started by Ryan Dingley in 2008. In 2015, Andrew Marshall became a Director and they were joined by Lucien Lewin in 2017. The firm has grown exponentially in terms of client numbers and attorney complement and continues to thrive every day. Almost all of our lawyers have large firm and in-house experience ensuring that our clients are given quality, relevant, cost effective advice.

We are a firm of 16 people at the moment but are currently hiring in our litigation department as our workflow there is constant and busy. We have a management team of 4 consisting of our three Directors and a Chief Operating officer. We have an additional 6 attorneys and 2 candidate attorneys and a strong team of four secretarial/administration people.

Our teams of lawyers all vary in terms of years of qualification and speciality allowing the assignment of the correct resource to our client’s matters.

Please note that one of our commercial attorneys, Hazel du Plooy is based in Johannesburg. The rest of us practice from our offices in the CBD of Claremont, Cape Town.

We have clients across South Africa, and internationally, and pride ourselves on being able to provide specialist advice on a range of matters.
