About the position

Commercial Manager (Metal Industry) position available for a dynamic company based on the East Rand

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the metal industry with a proven focus on wear-resistant components or related solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of African industrial sectors, particularly mining (gold, copper, coal, iron ore), cement, steel, power, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country operations and leading teams across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and technical understanding of wear technologies.
