About the position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage our KZN branch operations. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving branch objectives, driving profitability, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve return on assets managed (ROAM).
- Set, manage, and adhere to regional budgets, sales forecasts, and fixed costs.
- Monitor branch performance against targets and implement corrective action plans where required.
- Manage and control branch working capital.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen effective customer relationships.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain a strong presence within industry-related organisations.
- Provide customer support when required.
- Ensure cost-effective resourcing and operational efficiency within the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve maximum performance.
- Facilitate effective and motivating team meetings.
- Drive employee development through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Business Diploma or Degree
- 5-7 years' relevant management experience
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a positive, committed attitude
- Customer-focused with strong leadership and communication skills
