Collections agent- Term loans

About the position

An established and reputable law firm based in Pretoria East is seeking an experienced Collections Agent to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on managing Standard Bank personal loan collections, with an emphasis on professionalism, tact, and results.
Minimum Requirements:

• Standard Bank personal Loans Collections experience (3 – 5 Years (recently))
• Excalibur Experience (preferably Excalibur 4)
• Familiarity with banking or financial services.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience Required:

• Standard Bank personal Loans Collections experience (3 – 5 Years (recently))
• Excalibur Experience (preferably Excalibur 4)
• Familiarity with banking or financial services.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiar with the legal process

Skills Required:

• Clear verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Strong negotiation characteristics
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Competent written communication skills
• Able to engage with difficult debtors to find a resolution ( tactful yet patient)
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete assessments,

 Basic salary from 8k-12k, depending on experience plus commission and other benefits.
