GRV Clerk Manufacturing & Stock Receiving

A leading manufacturer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented GRV Clerk to join its supply chain team. If you have experience in processing goods received into ERP systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) into the stock system
- Match deliveries to purchase orders and flag discrepancies
- Maintain daily records of all received stock
- Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams
- Ensure stock data is accurate and audit-ready
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in GRV processing or stock receiving
- ERP experience (SAP, Syspro, Sage, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good reconciliation and admin skills
- Matric essential; logistics or supply chain studies a plus
