About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in the Umhlanga, Durban North Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow call scripts and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong sales ability and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with good data capturing and administrative skills
- Proficient in using call centre software and CRM systems
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
