About the position
Provide operational and administrative support across financial advisory functions, marketing initiatives, and administrative processes to ensure the effective delivery of client services in a financial advisory and fund management environment.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12) and relevant National Diploma or Degree
- 5+ years' experience in financial services (e.g. wealth management, stockbroking, life assurance, or broker support)
- FAIS-compliant qualification
- First Level FSCA Regulatory Exam (RE5)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Own reliable transport is essential
Key Performance Areas:
- Compliance and governance coordination, including maintaining procedural documentation, audit files, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Marketing administration, including updating branded materials, presentations, and assisting with internal communication.
- Advisor support, including managing administrative tasks, processing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations.
- Oversee fund reporting, including collating, preparing, and distributing regular performance reporting packs.
- Office management, including diary management, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and overseeing general office requirements.
- Data and document control, including filing, scanning, indexing, and assisting with the maintenance of internal registers and workflow trackers.
- General administrative duties, including onboarding accounts, formatting documents, capturing data, and supporting various teams with ad hoc admin needs.
