About the position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Specialised Solutions
Are you experienced in escorting high-value commodities or providing close protection services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Specialised Solutions division. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-risk, high-value security operations who is ready to transition into a dynamic business development role.
KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS

  • Experience in escorting high-value commodities (e.g., cash-in-transit, precious metals, sensitive assets)
  • Background in close protection services
  • Strong network within the security, logistics, or high-risk sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and client engagement
  • Customer support, proposals and solutions
  • Lead marketing initiatives and conduct cold calling to generate leads
  • Ensure sales growth in the SPECIALISED SOLUTIONS revenue streams
  • Client relationship management
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Service knowledge pricing structure and service



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 -7 years’ Business Development experience preferably within Specialised
  • Solutions (Specialised Services offering)
  • Previous Solutions Design and Mitigation Case studies
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license & a reliable car
  • PSIRA registered
