Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to present staffing and labour solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client staffing needs and collaborate internally to deliver tailored proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably within staffing or labour hire sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Target-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset.
