Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for developing a holistic, end?to?end understanding of the organisation’s strategy, business processes, information flows and technology landscape. The successful candidate will act as a strategic connector—aligning business objectives with technology capabilities and ensuring that future organisational needs are met in an efficient, sustainable and adaptable manner. The Specialist BA works confidently across high levels of abstraction, ambiguity and organisational complexity, applying deep business analysis expertise to shape and influence enterprise?wide solutions.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organisation to build a holistic view of the organisation’s strategy, processes, information and information technology assets.
- Link and align the business mission, strategy and processes of an organisation to its information technology strategy.
- Document this alignment using multiple models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organisation will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile and adaptable manner.
- Bring business needs, capabilities, technology and process together in an efficient and effective manner.
- Apply mastery of industry?recognised knowledge areas for Business Analysis.
- Work at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity and complexity within the organisation.
- Perform business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes and business needs in varying levels of detail within an area of speciality.
- Perform all business analysis tasks at both ends of the detail spectrum, from high?level views to detailed analysis.
