About the position
We are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy and data-driven BI Project Manager / Coordinator to join a fast-paced Business Intelligence environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end BI projects, ensuring accurate execution of campaigns, data integrity, and seamless coordination between internal teams and operational stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination experience, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for data and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate BI projects and campaign execution from start to finish
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and operational stakeholders
• Ensure accurate rollout and compliance of campaigns and reporting processes
• Maintain and update master data, route lists, and internal reporting systems
• Support BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data tracking systems
• Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met
• Coordinate communication between operations, merchandising, and BI teams
• Support administrative and data processing functions within BI operations
• Participate in weekly project and operational alignment meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in analytics, BI coordination, or data-related roles
• Experience in project coordination or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
• Experience using internal systems / BI tools (e.g. Rubicon or similar platforms)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
