About the position
We're looking for a passionate Sales Consultant to help businesses transform the way they hire talent. As part of our SME department, you'll play a key role in our success and in connecting the right people to the right opportunities
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage high-quality leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline for continuous growth.
- Prospect, cold call, and close deals to secure Pnet solutions as the preferred choice for businesses.
- Build and manage client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring contract renewals.
- Handle administrative tasks accurately and on time, using the CRM system for reporting and documentation.
- Continuously develop your skills to enhance productivity and deliver exceptional results.
Your Skills
- Proven B2B sales success.
- Strong knowledge of direct selling, database marketing, and telesales
- Strong cold calling and communication skills.
- Persistent and tenacious with the ability to multitask and overcome challenges
- Quick thinker, able to handle objections and create value in a competitive market
- Closing new business opportunities
- Ability to present solutions effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior corporate executives
- Strong forecasting ability with solid numerical and analytical skills
- CRM experience is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Basic and lucrative commission structure
- Hybrid working (60% in office, 40% at home)
