About the position

Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with experience supporting an audit team? We’re seeking an Audit Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our audit department and training officer. This role plays an integral part in ensuring smooth operations, efficient planning, and compliance within a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
As the Audit Administrator, you’ll assist in a wide range of responsibilities including:

  • Managing and approving timesheets and travel/overtime claims
  • Coordinating training and year planning for the audit team
  • Handling admin for bank confirmations, tax documentation (EFILING), and stock count arrangements
  • Performing task and fee creations using GreatSoft (experience advantageous)
  • Supporting invoicing, statements, and debtor follow-ups (Auditor General clients)
  • Managing company vehicles, logbooks, maintenance, and usage compliance
  • Ensuring up-to-date records and reports are submitted timeously
  • Adhering to compliance standards including SOQM and employee codes of conductWhat You’ll Bring:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an audit environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level)
  • Knowledge of GreatSoft is an advantage
  • Ability to manage workload under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and client service mindset
