You'll support the day-to-day running of a site, driving occupancy and revenue through customer engagement, site tours and sales support. From ensuring excellent customer experiences to maintaining facility standards, you'll be at the centre of operations. You'll oversee admin, reporting and financial processes, coordinate maintenance and safety compliance, and provide guidance to on-site teams while helping implement marketing initiatives and improve performance.
You'll join a growing, customer-focused organisation within the property and storage sector, known for its high standards, strong operational discipline and service-driven culture. The business is expanding its footprint and offers a collaborative environment where individuals are empowered to take ownership and develop into leadership roles. There are multiple roles available for different locations. There is Saturday work where you'll likely gain time off during the week in exchange. It won't be every Saturday, you'll likely swop with another employee so it will be alternating Saturday's.
You'll have a Matric plus experience in a customer-facing operations environment such as retail, hospitality or property, with strong sales awareness and administrative capability. You're comfortable using systems, managing multiple priorities and engaging with both customers and teams.
A basic salary plus commission earning potential and a provident fund contribution. You'll gain exposure to a fast paced environment with real growth potential, ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a management role over time, all within a supportive and performance-driven environment.
