About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
A growing Business Technology Solutions provider is looking for a driven Appointment Setter / B2B Sales Hunter to generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. This is a pure hunter role focused on opening doors, getting past gatekeepers, and booking qualified appointments for the external sales team.
DUTIES:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business clients
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities
- Get past gatekeepers and build prospect pipelines
- Book appointments for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and activity reporting
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years’ experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting, or B2B sales
- Proven experience in a cold-calling environment
- Strong communication, resilience, and objection-handling ability
- Comfortable spending the day on the phone generating opportunities
- Experience in call centre, office automation, telecoms, IT, or business services advantageous.
