Job Title: AI Engineer
Overview
The AI Engineer will be responsible for advising, designing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that optimise business processes and integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, technical expertise, and hands-on development skills, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will support end-to-end solution delivery, from data readiness and architecture design to deployment and cross-platform integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consulting & Advisory
- Assess and prepare data sources for AI readiness, including the utilisation and optimisation of APIs.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance business processes using generative AI and emerging technologies.
2. Implementation & Integration
- Design, configure, and deploy AI capabilities using Microsoft technologies such as Copilot Studio (Lite & Full) and Azure AI Foundry.
- Integrate AI-powered solutions across Dynamics 365 (D365) environments to support streamlined operations and improved user experiences.
3. Cross-Platform AI Expertise
- Evaluate, recommend, and incorporate AI solutions beyond the Microsoft ecosystem when required to meet broader business objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest industry best practices and advancements in AI technologies.
Technical Skills & Experience Required
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, data structures, and integration patterns.
- Practical experience with Microsoft AI tools and platforms.
- Proven capability in applying generative AI to automate and improve business processes.
- Solid knowledge of third-party AI technologies and industry-standard practices.
- Senior-level C# development experience, with the ability to build, customise, and extend enterprise-grade applications.
