About the position
Our client is seeking an AI & Business Automation Consultant who is passionate about transforming business data into meaningful insights and intelligent automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, business intelligence, and process automation, helping customers leverage Microsoft technologies to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
- Deliver AI-driven solutions for business reporting, financial visibility, sales analysis, and operational insights
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL to understand data structures and prepare data for analytics and AI consumption
- Engage with customers to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into practical AI and data-driven solutions
- Support customer demonstrations and discussions focused on AI value and business outcomes
- Continuously improve AI solutions based on customer feedback and performance metrics
- Contribute to reusable automation frameworks and AI service offerings
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data, business intelligence, automation, or related fields
- Strong understanding of databases, tables, views, schemas, and data relationships
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL
- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI platforms, or automation technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Advantageous Skills
- Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Lists experience
- API integrations and data connectivity knowledge
- Business analysis or data analytics experience
- Exposure to SMB or owner-managed business environments
