About the position

Our Client is a Leading Manufacturer of household and industrial cleaning products based in Kempton Park. They offer a stable work environment with a hands-on, collaborative culture where attention to detail and accountability are valued.

They are looking for an experienced Creditors Clerk to manage the full Creditor's function. The ideal candidate is fluent in Afrikaans, has strong reconciliation and journal processing skills, and thrives in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full creditors function from invoice processing to payment preparation
• Accurate capturing and matching of invoices to purchase orders and GRNs
• Monthly supplier reconciliations
• Processing of journals and accruals
• Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean and up-to-date age analysis
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure proper documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years full-function Creditors experience
• Afrikaans fluency
• Strong reconciliation and journal experience
• Proficient in Excel
