What You'll Be Doing

• Issue customer billing invoices on a daily business basis.
• Match generated invoices to original delivery proof document files.
• Ensure delivery of billing paperwork to logistics business customers.
• Manage account reconciliations for month end financial business reporting.
• Resolve customer billing discrepancies to prevent business financial errors.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a National Diploma or Certificate in Financial Accounting.

Required Experience

• Possess two years of accounts receivable business work experience.
• Show proficiency navigating accounting software platform computer system tools.
• Display attention to detail verifying delivery proof paperwork files.
• Apply analytical skills to resolve customer billing invoice discrepancies.
• Use communication skills to follow up overdue business accounts.
