Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk – Logistics/Supply Chain

Basic Salary From: R20K. Negotiable depending on experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Match all vendor invoices to authorized purchase orders daily.
• Verify all attached delivery documents for the transport vendors.
• Process all approved invoices within the required financial timeframes.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements against the internal accounting records.
• Investigate and resolve all supplier payment discrepancies very quickly.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a National Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping.

Required Experience

• Possess two full years of accounts payable work experience.
• Show strong proficiency in standard financial accounting software systems.
• Maintain high attention to detail for matching vendor invoices.
• Display an understanding of delivery document processing work tasks.
• Use clear communication skills for all external vendor queries.
