Purpose of the Job:
Our client is looking for a detailed-self motivated Accountant to join their team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Proven experience in a similar accounting role.
- Efficient use of Zoho accounting software.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Process and manage creditors and debtors accounts.
- Maintain financial records.
- Regular account reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
- Daily cashbook and credit card transactions.
- Handle payment processes on daily and monthly schedules.
- Manage VAT calculations and submissions.
- Efficiently manage SARS eFiling submissions and tax compliance.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Work Independently.
- Good Communication skills.
