About the position
Basic R25,000 + uncapped commission
Full-time, in-office, Cape Town
Markets: UK, US, Australia & Europe clients
Working Hours: UK Hours
Non-negotiable requirements
- Full 360 recruitment experience
- Bulk recruitment capability (high-volume, fast turnaround, multiple roles at once)
- Hands-on experience using both a CRM and an ATS (daily user, not exposed to)
- Comfortable in a metric-driven environment:
- Minimum 10 interviews per day
- Minimum 3 submissions per day
- Strong written/spoken English (client-ready for UK/US/AU/EU)
What you will do.
- Work with clients on role briefs, timelines, and feedback loops
- Source at scale + manage pipelines across multiple open roles
- Conduct candidate interviews daily and produce solid write-ups
- Submit shortlists, coordinate client interviews, and manage offers
- Maintain clean records on the CRM + ATS
- Collaborate with the team via Slack (updates, handovers, daily pipeline rhythm)
